Unlike some white-label partners, we do also work with direct clients so it is worth being transparent about how we handle that. We will never approach your clients independently, and if a client you have referred to us or worked with through us makes contact directly, we will always redirect them back through you. Your relationship with your client stays yours.
However you need us to. We can operate invisibly behind the scenes with all communication routed through you, or we can join calls and communicate directly with your clients using a branded email on your domain, presenting as part of your in-house team. We will never mention Team Web Sparks unless you explicitly ask us to.
We handle both project-based and ongoing work. On the project side, that includes new builds, rebuilds, complex integrations, and performance work. On the ongoing side, we support agencies with retainers covering feature development, maintenance, and technical support across their client base.
We are best suited to projects where there is meaningful technical complexity. If you need straightforward template installs, we can help, but there are cheaper options.
We have a core team of developers across front-end, back-end, and e-commerce disciplines. If you are planning a large push, multiple concurrent projects or a major build, tell us early and we will be straight with you about what we can absorb. We would rather have that conversation upfront than let a timeline slip.
We flag issues as soon as we identify them, not when the deadline arrives. If a scope change, technical blocker, or dependency causes a delay, we will tell you immediately with a revised timeline and a clear explanation. We do not go quiet and we do not surprise you at the last minute.
If we make an error, we fix it at our cost. We will be clear with you about what happened and what we are doing to prevent a recurrence.
All code goes through peer review before it leaves us. We follow your naming conventions and development standards, write clean and well-commented code, and document anything non-obvious. You should be able to hand our work to another developer without them needing to reverse-engineer anything.
We are happy to align with any specific coding standards, linting rules, or review processes you already have in place.
Yes, always. Unless you specifically ask us not to, every deliverable goes to you first. You control what gets shared with the client and when. We can work to a staging environment and only push live once you have signed off.
We adapt to your setup. Most agencies work with us through Slack or a project management tool like ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or Linear. We can also use email if that is your preference. We provide regular status updates without needing to be chased, and we will tell you when something needs your attention.
We work standard UK business hours. For retainer clients, we aim to respond to non-urgent messages within a few hours and to flag anything urgent the same day. If you are in a different timezone or need overlap with specific hours, let us know, we can often accommodate this with some notice.
Yes. Every quote we issue comes with a detailed technical specification you can share with your client for sign-off. If the scope is vague or still being worked out, we can get involved early to help you shape something realistic. This is often where we add the most value at the start of a project.
We provide documented code, a handover summary covering architecture decisions and anything non-standard, and — where needed — user guides or short training videos. Everything is white-labelled in your name so your team or client can confidently pick it up after we are done.
Yes. We work with agencies on both short-term projects and ongoing relationships. Some partners bring us in for a specific build, others use us as their go-to technical team across multiple clients. Either way, the working relationship and rates are the same.

If your client is on something not listed here, ask us. We are straightforward about what we can and cannot do well.
Yes. We can plug into GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab, or whichever version control you use. We can follow your branching strategy, work within your CI/CD pipeline, and use your project management tools. The aim is to be indistinguishable from an internal hire in terms of how we fit into your process.
Yes. We offer support and mainteance agreements which are a fixed monthly arrangement giving you guaranteed capacity each month. Useful if you have recurring work across multiple clients or ongoing development needs. Unused hours can be rolled over (See T&Cs), and we will flag if we are consistently over or under so we can adjust. Rates dependent on type of project and discounts can be offered for bulk support hours.
All work is done by our own team. We do not use subcontractors or offshore the work without telling you. If that ever needed to change, we would discuss it with you first.
No. All code and deliverables are clean and unbranded. We follow your naming conventions and development standards. There will be no mention of Team Web Sparks anywhere in the codebase or documentation unless you explicitly request it.
Yes. We are happy to sign a mutual or one-way NDA before any work or sensitive information is shared. Standard agreements are fine and we can typically turn these around quickly.
You do. On full payment, all code and deliverables belong to you and your client. We make no claim over the work and will not use it in our own portfolio unless you give us explicit permission.
Yes. All work delivered under a white-label agreement is yours to present and showcase however you choose. We do not promote or claim the work unless given permission.
For retainers, we agree on a fixed monthly rate and invoice at the start or end of the month depending on your finance process.
For ad-hoc or time-and-materials work, we invoice at the end of each month with an itemised breakdown of hours and tasks. For project work, we typically invoice in stages — an upfront amount on sign-off and the remainder on completion or at agreed milestones.
For retainers, we invoice at the start of the month. Payment terms are 30 days unless agreed otherwise.
Yes. If you need PO numbers, specific invoice formats, particular payment terms, or anything else to fit your finance process, tell us at the start of the relationship and we will work around it.
